In this day and age, it’s nearly a requirement to own a most powerful laptop. Whether you require a laptop for a job or school, the expectations of these systems have without a doubt seen an upward trend. Schools and workplaces are now requiring that students run specific software that requires higher-end processing.

You could pay over $1000.00 for a laptop and you will be set. However, there are some laptops priced at below $1000.00 that surely are considered a most powerful laptop of 2013. One prime example is the Acer Aspire V3-771G laptop. It is priced at below $1000 and is ‘maxed-out’ in regards to hardware.

Starting things off, the Intel Core i7-3632QM processor runs at a speed of 2.2GHz, with turbo-boost technology up to 3.2GHz. This i7 processor is one of the best processors offered by Intel. Another impressive aspect of the Aspire is its 8 GB of DDR3 RAM. Anything higher than that amount is really overkill, unless you plan to run multiple high-end programs at once.

Download and install a lot of software? Than be impressed by the 1-terabyte hard drive installed within the Aspire. It should be one tough task to fill up that hard drive to its entirety.

Along with running heavy duty software, the Acer Aspire is also a perfect laptop for running higher-end games. It has enough processing juice and RAM — it even has a fairly great graphic’s chipset. The NVIDIA GeForce 650M was built with 2GB of dedicated DDR3 RAM. This should eliminate any type of graphic’s lag experienced on other laptops.

Other prominent features of this laptop include: Windows 8 OS, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, two built-in stereo speakers and a 6-cell battery.

Personal Review: The Acer Aspire V3 is an impressive laptop on the interior and exterior. The exterior design is absolutely beautiful — featuring a mix of black and silver. Just note, it is a bit heavier than your usual laptop — weighing in at 7 pounds. However, the performance of the laptop is what really matters here.

Booting up is quite a quick process. Everything from browsing the internet to running CAD software, Photoshop, and much more can be completed without any lag. I physically attempted to create lag with this system and failed.

On the gaming side, I played installed Black Ops 2 and began playing. The graphics are INTENSE, which is perfect for the Inspire’s full HD display.

Tips On Purchasing a Most Powerful Laptop 2013

The processor, amount of RAM and Graphic’s chipset determines how a laptop will run. Most powerful laptops of 2013 have either an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor. Preferably, the i7 processor will allow your laptop to run at an extremely faster pace. Next up, the graphic’s chipset should be by NVIDIA. If the laptop state “Intel HD Graphics” than I would even consider that laptop. Last of all, the laptop should contain at-least 6 GB of DDR3 RAM. Other types of RAM, such as DDR2 RAM is outdated, thus will be slower.
