After having the pleasure to play around with the VivoBook, I can honestly state that smaller laptops are great for adding touch screen support to. It feels more like a tablet, with the keyboard just being an extra add-on.
The display is 1366-by-768 in resolution and is full LED. With Windows 8 loaded on the system, it is truly a touch screen optimized laptop.

Upcoming Touch Screen Laptops To Know About
As you may or may not know, the consumer electronics show occurred early in January. It was there that many laptop manufacturers revealed their plans for the upcoming year.
One new touch screen laptop at CES 2013 was the Samsung Series 7 Chronos and sports numerous upgrades from its predecessor. The MSI SlideBook S20 is another unveiling, which features a display that slides over the keyboard for use as a tablet. One last laptop to look forward to is the Intel North Cape Hybrid. It is a slim touch screen laptop.
